The Judgment issued by this Court (Cutler, C. J.) on June 14, 2017 contains a clerical error. Specifically, the Judgment refers on page 3 to "the trial Decision dated July 13, 2017." The subject trial Decision is in fact dated June 14, 2017.

Accordingly, pursuant to Mass. R. Civ. P. 60(a), it is ORDERED that the Judgment in this matter, dated July 14, 2017, is hereby corrected by striking the reference to "July 13, 2017" on page 3, and replacing therefor the correct date of June 14, 2017.
